'Find only' agreement
Our agency would simply find suitable tenants with £199*
the relavant proof of identity, credit and reference
checks and also carry out an inventory on your property.
'Management Only'
Where an existing tenant occupies a property and we are 8%*
required to manage the property
'Full Management'
Tenants are found (as above), to carry out an inventory and 10%*
the property managed -
finders fee
'Full Management Plus'
Similar to 'Full Management' but to project manage 12%*
refurbishments in between lets, should it be necessary
