About Us

Shammi Rela Estate Agents is a young company looking to achieve one thing and that is to get people moving with the least amount of stress. From tenants & first time buyers to investors & developers - we would like to help.

We come from a background where it is believed that a cocktail of honesty, trust and hard work is what grows and sustains any business.   Today we cover three disciplines which include Residential Sales, Lettings and Commercial.  We are registered with the Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme, the OFT, Office of Fair Trading and are members of the NLA, National Landlords Association.


So why choose us?
We use a fresh and different approach in both selling and letting property using existing systems such as web sites, virtual tours, floor plans, and the usual brochures, but different in the way we are with our clients. As a result of this we have a client base with people looking for property giving vendors and landlords an excellent chance in achieving their goal.  

We, as a company, try to be as transparent as possible by making our fee structure fully available for everyone to see - After all, there is nothing to hide

We are open long hours 7 days a week (9am - 6pm on Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm on Saturday and 10am - 2pm on Sunday). We have a 24 hr helpline to assist with most emergency situations, such as burst pipes, electrical faults etc.
